TUESDAY "GROUP" RIDE is ON: Tuesday’s riders keep a pretty quick pace or at least try and push themselves to ride harder/longer making this ride designed for those who know the trail and are comfortable riding on their own should they separate from the others. Hey while out there, try Forest Bathing (or shinrin-yoku)!...clothes on😊. Where you immerse yourself in the forest and experience its sights, sounds, aromas, and textures...just hopefully not with a faceplant. 😜.
